SEO, SEA and social media campaigns
Three ways of bringing visitors to your site: being found in search results, placing an ad there, or going to meet your customers on social media. We help you choose, and we prepare the site so that every visit counts.
SEO: a site that search engines understand
This is our trade as developers, and we do it on every site:
- one page per search aimed at, with a clear address, a title and a description you edit yourself;
- structured data: your company, your services, your frequent questions;
- a fast site: images at the right size, scripts loaded only where they are needed;
- at every redesign, the old addresses redirected to the new ones;
- in the administration, an analysis of each page against the keyword you are aiming at.
The rest depends on your content: pages that really answer your customers’ questions.
SEA: ads on the searches that matter
With Google Ads, you pay when someone clicks on your ad. Setting up a campaign (keywords, bids, ad texts, budget) is a trade of its own: we entrust it to a partner specialist, and we remain your contact.
Our part is on the site:
- one landing page per campaign, which says the same thing as the ad;
- a short form, protected against bots;
- the measurement of what the campaign brings in: requests, calls, orders.
For Solaire Romand, we developed a calculator in several versions, tested against each other, to keep the one that brought in the most requests.
Social media: going to your customers
A campaign on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok shows your posts to a chosen audience: a region, a trade, an interest. The visuals, the targeting and the budget follow-up are handled by a partner specialist.
We know what these campaigns ask of a site: we developed a tool that follows every request received, from the campaign that brought it in to the signature.
SEO, SEA or social media?
Often all three, but not at the same time.
| SEO | SEA | Social media | |
|---|---|---|---|
| First effects | After several months | As soon as the campaign starts | As soon as the campaign starts |
| You reach | Those already searching | Those already searching | Those who do not know you yet |
| What you pay for | The work on the site and its content | Each click, and the campaign follow-up | The display or the click, and the campaign follow-up |
| When you stop | Your pages are still found | The ads disappear | The posts are no longer shown |
| Who takes care of it | We do | A partner specialist, with us | A partner specialist, with us |
How we move forward
-
A review
What your site tells search engines, its speed, the searches where it appears.
-
Choosing the levers
According to your business, your season and your budget.
-
The site first
Landing pages, forms and measurement, before spending on ads.
-
The campaign, then the figures
What was spent, what came back, what we change.
Questions about SEO and campaigns
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. We build a site that search engines understand and that answers fast; your content and, if you wish, your campaigns do the rest.
Where to start: SEO or SEA?
With the site: an ad that leads to a slow or confusing page costs a lot for nothing. Then ads bring visits straight away, while organic search settles in.
Who runs the campaigns?
A partner specialist, whom we introduce to you. We remain your contact for the site, the landing pages and the measurement.
What budget should we plan?
It depends on your sector and your goals. The quote separates what goes to the advertising platform, the campaign follow-up and the work on the site.
